This notice explains how the DPath PTE LTD website handles information when you visit or prepare an inquiry.

Your inquiry

The inquiry form builds an email on your device. The website does not submit or store your form entries on a DPath server. You choose whether to open your email app, copy the inquiry or download a text file. Your message reaches DPath only when you send it using your email service.

If you email us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, organisation, market and project details. We use that information to respond and discuss the relevant product, research project or partnership. Your email provider also handles the message under its own policies.

Technical information and preferences

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics to this website.

If you change the colour theme, your browser can save that preference in local storage under “dpath-theme”. The preference stays on your device and can be removed by clearing site data.

Patient and sensitive information

Please do not include patient identifiers, medical records, slide images or other sensitive information in a website inquiry or initial email. Project data access and handling must be agreed separately through an appropriate process.
